Mary Ann is a life long resident of DuPage County, growing up in Lombard. Mary Ann graduted from Glenbard East High School and played Park District Softball.  

Upon graduating Eastern Illinios University with a bachelors of Science Degree in Finance with a Minor in Economics, Mary Ann entered the Banking Industry, working for major Chicago banks throughout her career. 

In 1991, she completed the Certificated Financial Planning program, CFP and continued her carrer in the Brokerage Industry.  Mary Ann was hired by Harris Bank as the Director of Operations to assist in the startup of the full service brokerage firm Harris AdvantEdge Investing. 

Mary Ann left the securities industry and now focuses on assisting clients in the Real Estate Industry.  She is Licensed Real Estate Broker who uses her financial experience, marketing background, internet knowledge and negotiating skills, to accomplish client goals. 

Mary Ann Manna believes in giving back to the community.  She has Chaired the West Chicago Fashion Show in 2005 and is currently serving on the Community Railroad Days Committee on behalf of the Chamber of Commerce West Chicago.
